We specialize in adult medicine and have extensive experience in all aspects of general and acute healthcare.  We are proud to be designated as a Patient Centered Medical Home Practice (PCMH).  We treat a wide range of medical conditions including heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, COPD/Asthma, arthritic disorders, psychiatric conditions including depression and anxiety, weight management, and geriatrics. 

Our office provides a variety of medical services including: physical exams, Medicare wellness, preventive care for chronic disease, same-day sick visits and telemedicine visits. We also provide on-site services to our patients including ultrasound, immunizations and injections.
